Σαν επιχείρηση, η τιμή της μετοχής της συνεχίζει να ανεβαίνει. Ακόμη και η πρόσφατη αναδιάταξη των κορυφαίων στελεχών της δεν σταμάτησε την ορμή της εταιρείας. Ακούγεται σαν μια ιδανική εταιρεία για να εργαστεί κανείς σ’ αυτήν. Σωστά;
Η Google αναμένεται να προσλάβει πάνω από 6.000 υπαλλήλους αυτό το χρόνο και έχει ήδη δεχτεί 75.000 αιτήσεις. Είτε έχετε υποβάλλει αίτηση είτε όχι, δεν είστε περίεργοι πώς είναι να εργάζεται κανείς σ’ αυτόν τον κολοσσό της αναζήτησης;

Weird Engineers

20% on Your Own Time
“The famous ’20% project’ where you get one day a week to work on projects you dream up yourself is openly admitted by senior executives to mean ‘work you do on the weekend’, not ‘work you do on Friday’.” This is an eye-opening statement for those prospective Google employees looking to work a four-day work week.
